Fix starting songs in multiplayer created reverb for other clients.

Fixed a multiplayer bug where using songs on cooldown caused other players to have reverbs occur when they shouldn't.

Second attempt at fixing multiplayer fix.

Fix bug when joining multiplayer game (maybe)

1. Changed Resilience buff to less damage taken (was percent increased health regen, which was useless early on and too powerful later on)
2. Reduced early healing (3/4/5/6/8/10 from 5/6/7/8/9/10)
3. Fixed a few console warnings

1. Fix bug when switching active songs before all 3 songs are unlocked (had to cast twice)
2. Fix flicker when Musical Notes despawn
