* Realigned Dash Attack so it looks less screwy. I think I might have to overhaul the whole animations again, as it looks janky still.
* Bombette's explosion is updated to look better.

* Up Air has a sweet spot now that can kill off of top at around 100~ percent.
* Up Smash has been buffed again to kill at around 100
* Forward Smash's angle has been adjusted
* Minor damage changes. Smashes have been put around the 10-ish percent.
* Down Smash becomes slower and does less damage at the second set of hammer sweeps.

*Fixed changing directions when charging a Special. If you had pressed the direction you were facing, it would "eat" the input.

I didn't realize I left the knockback scaling at a really high amount. It used to be 1.2, now it's 0.7. In comparison, F-smash is 0.9.

*Made his charge ALOT faster on Neutral B, Down B, and Side B. (Used to be 80 frames to reach the "Excellent". Now, it takes 50 frames.)

*You can now turn around once when charging a special.
Feedback on this idea would be nice, as I still don't know if I should put a timer on the directional change, instead
of a straight up limit, somewhat like Ike/Chrome in Ultimate.
