= Moved 26L and 6SL air brake sounds from /air/ to /controls/aar/ and /controls/kc92/ respectively.
= Added a new texture for the Jazzlok vertical notch wheel, changing the default "0-9" to "IDLE-8-B" readouts.
= Removed redundant textures from early development of the ring speedometer EGP (finally.)
= Removed various redundant sound files. (nothing important, don't panic.)

Reorganized and edited some of the AAR control stand sounds, to be more in line with the desktop console's.

Added an alternate texture for Jazzie's vertical notch indicator wheel.

Added a couple miscellaneous sounds and did a general cleanup.
