buff

-increased the chances for a fly to get a shield
-set mod to count all the small fly familiars, not just blue attack flies

added check to make sure RNG doesn't give you 0 shields

fixed shields not respawning on new room

fixed item giving player 3 attack flies when continuing a run

fixed bug where shields would sometimes not be removed when the flies attack an enemy and die
