-Overhauled the Heavy Trooper helmets and helmet gear
-Added a Horn Company trooper, and Commander Lock
-Added Commander Ponds to the 91st
-Added Commander Stone to the 65th
-Fixed a bug with the phase 2 91st visors being matte
-Split the mod into two chunks
