If the first world is set to "worldsettings" instead of preconfigured, the mod won't change cave too.

-- fixed diviningrod sound (was a bug by devs), is fixed within the teleportato mod.

-- fixed maxwell intro client/server related stuff.

-- removed start items/stuff for first world, if worldsettings was chosen in modsettings.

-- replaced the campfires in Darkness level with coldfires, at least for non DS difficulty.

-- changed the position of A Cold Reception from 2,3,4,5 to 2,3,4 as default setting.
