-fixed item mirror reflections being counted as regular hearts/bombs/keys by the game which would allow them to get picked up by bums and let them get replaced by items like sack head and room effects like the super secret rooms that only allow a specific heart type (e.g. goto s.supersecret.1 or goto s.supersecret.6)
-fixed bone hearts not being reflected
