Every floor mode:
-added RESET SETTINGS option to config menu
-fixed minimapi check that could sometimes be invalid and return nil
-updated trapdoor handling to actually disable them and detect you being on top of them to move to the next floor (rather than having them active and detecting you being a whole tile away)
-added check to use repentogon function guarantee a void portal after mega satan (allowing you to get his completion mark and continue the run)
-added a 5th mode for those who just want as many completion marks in the shortest time possible

blue spiders and flies are now also 'allergic' to the Dummy entity

soundtrack menu rep+ bugfix

fixed previous fix not working if tainted and regular run start jingles were switched

soundtrack menu: fixed run start jingle getting cut off by music if set to default

bug fix for mod pack not letting soundtrack menu load its settings for main menu music until starting gameplay
