adjusted check for enemy lasers erasing inkling/octoling ink to be less laggy

inkling/octoling:
- added a sprite for the ink reserves that appears when you shoot or swim, and when its 'empty'
- added check so rock bottom now prevents your ink from running out

remiel:
fixed small bug that could happen sometimes with special tear types

- adjusted tainted remiels brimstone ball shot size based on shot count like remiels light rings
- updated ness/Tness birthright effects
- updated collector/addict birthright effects
