- added a scrollbar for the military traditions, in case you're playing with mods that add more
- removed the browser to keep parity with the Paradox Mods version (it caused a crash there)
- fixed various localization issues

- a list of territories
- slaves needed for surplus (in the list)
- favorite countries and territories
- special traits for researchers
- family jobs for researchers
- backgrounds for tech categories

- text on some buttons now has a limit, so they don't overflow when playing in other languages
- added german localization for the mod
