various minor fixes

fixed an issue where some item slots caused midas to not work

fixed bristleback quill spray being weird
hand of midas now disables itself once the gold banked equals or exceeds 99999. Once disabled, a new Midas will start collecting, if owned.

fix to batrider flamebreak
midas gold description now shows interest gained (midas profit on top of total banked)

fixed an issue where gold bounty was lower than intended

fix to midas taking away from the team gold pool instead of the solo gold awarded to heroes.

buffed midas interest from 10% to 15%
