HEROES
===============
- Fixed the new melee heroes not having 40% base magic resistance.
- Anti-Mage: Mana Burn now deals damage even when the unit is at 0 mana. The damage type becomes Pure and slows their movement and attack speed if the mana burn sets them to 0 mana. Reduced damage to compensate for this buff.
- Clinkz: Reworked Death Pact. Can now target creep-heroes. Deals a fixed amount of magical damage, granting Clinkz bonus maximum health and attack damage based on the damage dealt after reductions and amplification.
- Monkey King: Buffed critical damage on Boundless Strike to be more in line with other nuke values
- Nyx Assassin: Spiked Carapace passively grants Nyx Assassin bonus armor. Active effect now works on creeps and creep-heroes.
- Nyx Assassin: Burrow no longer makes him invisible. Burrow no longer gives him damage reduction, instead gives him magic resistance and increases Spiked Carapace's bonus armor. Additionally, Nyx Assassin can attack while Burrowed and has +250 bonus attack range.
- Night Stalker: Crippling Fear now causes enemies to miss. Passively grants miss chance at night-time and both effects stack.
- Night Stalker: Hunter in the Night now gives half benefit during daytime.
- Nyx Assassin: Mana Burn now always deals the full damage, even if the unit has no mana left and the mana burned is equal to a percentage of the unit's maximum mana. If the unit's mana is less than the mana burnt, the damage becomes Pure damage and the unit has its movement speed and attack speed slowed.
- Outworld Destroyer: Astral Imprisonment now steals mana from creeps. Corrected the mana steal values.
- Outworld Destroyer: Added Sanity's Eclipse back and reworked it to work against creeps. Deals double damage to summoned units.
- Spirit Breaker: Bulldoze passively gives armor equal to a % Spirit Breaker's movement speed. Activating Bulldoze gives you magic resistance.
- Shadow Shaman: Added the healing functionality to Shackles for DOTA parity.
- Doom: Devour cooldown back to 60 seconds and can eat any creep. Can now be cast on creep-heroes, dealing damage equal to Doom's Strength and granting him the Devour buff. Additionally, when Devouring a neutral creep, the damage values scale with Devour's level.
- Nature's Prophet: Fixed Wrath of Nature bouncing too much
- Necrophos: Reworked Ghost Shroud, now only goes on cooldown after Ghost Form ends, Necrophos can attack and be attacked during, but is immune to physical damage. Can be cast again to start the cooldown early.
- Necrophos: Death Seeker no longer turns the enemy ethereal, only disarms them and increases magic damage taken.
- Necrophos: Heartstopper %max hp damage scaling tweaked.
- Necrophos: Weakness Aura replaced by Reaper's Scythe. When a creep-hero dies while under the effect of Reaper's Scythe, it permanently improves Death Pulse's damage and healing, Heartstopper Aura's health and mana regeneration on kill and Ghost Shroud's duration.
- Timbersaw: Whirling Death now reduces armor and attack damage by a percentage.
- Witch Doctor: Reduced Maledict burst damage.
- Zeus: Reworked shard, damage dealt by his Static Field is reduced from 2.25 to 0.25% for his auto-attacks. Spell damage unchanged.
- Zeus: Removed Thundergod's Legacy and added Thundergod's Wrath back.

Buffed Tidehunter Kraken Shell earlygame
Nerfed Jingu Mastery lategame damage
Rescaled boss health logic, overall bosses should have less health earlygame and the same or less lategame
Re-applied the 10mil hp cap, seeing as >20mil hp just lags the game horribly

- Monkey King: Reworked Jingu Mastery to work on creep-heroes; removed Mischief. Replaced Mischief +0.2 Invuln Duration talent with Jingu Mastery Against Creeps

GENERAL

- Buffed attack speed from agility from 0.1 to 0.2

HEROES
===============
- Axe: Reworked Berserker's Call, no longer prevents units from casting spells, but does force them to attack Axe. Berserker's Call is now an aura, rather than debuffing units on cast. Duration increased from 6.4 to 10 now that it is no longer hard CC.
- Bristleback: Quills maximum damage reduced at early levels to be more in line with normal nuke damage
- Bristleback: Reworked Bristleback, no longer triggers Quills after 2000 damage taken after reductions, instead triggers when Bristleback negates damage, threshold is 20% of Bristleback's current health, so it triggers more often when at low health. Additionally, Bristleback no longer has breakpoints for the damage reduction, instead it maxes out at the current value and the closer the enemy is to your front, the less damage it reduces.
- Centaur: Reworked Double Edge; Centaur now takes 20% damage from the ability, but this increases by 20%, up to a maximum of 100% for each unit hit with Double Edge. Centaur does not take the bonus damage from Strength and the damage is not affect by spell amplification. Fixed Shard. Reduced base damage, but increased damage from Strength.
- Centaur: Reworked Retaliate; triggers on missed attacks too and grants bonus armor based on Strength.
- Shadow Shaman: Reworked Hex, is now a passive ability. When Shaman takes damage, the attacker gets turned into a chicken. On proc the Hex on damage effect lingers for 1.5 seconds, potentially hexing multiple targets.
- Shadow Shaman: Hex Breaks talent replaced with "Hex Castable On Allies", transfers the Hex passive to an ally for the cooldown duration.
- Tidehunter: Reworked Kraken Shell. Kraken Shell now has a cooldown. When Tidehunter damaged while it is off cooldown, he purges himself of all debuffs and blocks all damage taken for 0.5 seconds. Triggers before the damage is taken, reducing the triggering damage to 0. +15000 Kraken Shell block talent replaces by Kraken Shell Ravages Attackers.

- Timbersaw: Fixed Timber Chain being vanilla.
