-More scripting fixes for the automatic statuses to make them more seamless.

-Overhauled the Set Leggings.
-The Auras are now skills with individual toggles/auto combat toggles like the boots.
-Added additional stats to compensate since they had nothing besides the territory auras.

-Made the Gamblers Deck Hands force overhead, so you can see what people have without mousing over all the time on your turn.

-Added dependency on my new combined atlases mod. Fixes some of the icon bloat from my many mods.

-Fix for new unique's sparkstriker conflicting with base game ones, now the new one will override old sparkstrikers for the short duration that it is around. (Originally wanted to have them both applying separately, but doesn't seem like that is possible)

-Added another unique to Act 2!
-A spellbook that summons a dagger + rapier dual wield combo that deals fire damage and has some unique statuses and a skill.

-Fixed a couple minor things.

-Rebalanced a lot of the older uniques, a good number of them were very meh and probably weren't being used much compared to the shinier additions.

-Forgot Rogue leggings in previous update, fixed.

-Added 3 new unique accessories for the ring slots that each have their own special effects:
- Act 1
1. Demonic Grimoire - A Pyro accessory
2. Storm Capacitor - An Aero focused accessory
- Act 2
3. Supreme Dwarven Knuckles - A Hydro/Geo focused accessory

-Buffed all Legging Auras from 15% to 20%
-Slightly buffed Zeus' Bolt
-Slightly buffed Cleric's Scriptures

-Fixed the new skill on the Cleric item not giving one of its effects.

-Stat Fixes for new items.
