Reactivated the NPC script at the end of the lua file. This way it's already updated for the GMod update.
AND now the RMB can shoot randomly between 6 - 9 energy balls.
Also nerfed the movement recoil from 500 to 450. (No gauss jumps with this :v)

SWep is now stable in multiplayer! :D Thank you Doctorplier! (+ nerfed the recoil, from 500 to 450)

SWep is now usable by NPCs. Expect another update when the GMod update is released.

Weapon no longer use Pistol ammo.
