Fixed Pertam getting extra Ice instead of Uranium

Also replace one iron and one Nickel entry with uranium and Platinum on Triton to increase chances of find it closer to the surface there.

Moved changes on Uranium and Platinum that I had on normal planets to Petram as well. Replaced one entry each for Iron, Nickel, silicon, Cobalt and replaced them with Uranium and Platinum, give each 2 near surface entry to increase chance of finding them.

Changed up one Platinum and Uranium entry so you can some times find Platinum nearer to the surface on planets and the new worlds. Moons already have mix of both.
