Minor update by Sidewinder Fang:
Removed overwrites for several vanilla buildings, their functions remains unchanged. This will help make the mod more compatible but has also removed several mod unique tooltips, I may look into better solutions in future.
Updated Solar Panel modules to be more inline with the changes to 4.0, they are now usable by all empire types, Power Generators have been removed as their role is now filled by Solar Panels.

Added the Orbital Resort Ring with two buildings and one module designed to make Resort Worlds more fun and interactive.

Orbital rings can no longer build the regular starbase buildings and modules added by this mod.
Specialized ring versions are in the making.

3.4 update:
Fundamentally changed the way administrative hubs and data archives work. With the removal of administrative capacity from the game in the 3.4 update these modules and buildings now produce large amounts of unity just like their planet based brothers.
