Made it so bullets will only auto chamber when you have speed cola. Fixed UI Perk icons. Lowered speed cola price to 10. Fixed switches from breaking when flipped to 90 degrees.

Made climbing end animation better. Made speed cola a perk. Added raygun to The WeaponIDList so it has a proper mag count. You can no longer drink a perk if you have the perk your trying to drink. Jingles stop playing when un powered.Fixed SVT40 having mag values of a bolt action.Raygun and wunder waffe no longer eject mag if you click trigger too fast. Bolt actions no longer eject mag because it only empty the gun when attempting to fire without chambering a bullet

All downed player tags will be removed when the next match starts.

Downed tag now gets properly removed when you bleed out. revival proxy gets removed when you die in general.
