Fixed wunder waffe charge sound playing twice with speed cola. Fixes to raygun knockback. made mystery box location not get hidden so the lighting looks better (Can be disabled in zombie game logic.)

Fixes to raygun sounds. Fixed zombie ragdoll knockback. Raygun now applies knockback to zombie ragdolls. Fixed fast zombie headshot particle. adjusted headshot particle position and roation. fixed wunder waffe effects with speed cola. wunder waffe won't shoot until switch animation finishes.

Fixes to raygun particle not working when bullet impacts too quickly. Added raygun powerup sound. Fixed raygun porter's 2x lid not opening/closing.
