Added gunbase stuff. Triggers now move on PPSH not thw wunder waffe because it has no trigger bone..... Atleast the charging handle trigger moves now. Nerfed PPSH both pavlov and custom. Pavlov PPSH damage multiplier is 1 and the Custom one is nerfed to 20 damage from 35. Fixed wunder waffes mag count and added them to the gun list. Wunder waffe DG2 is 12 mags and the Wunder Waffe DG3 JZ is 14 mags.

Fixed replication (I was being stupid this whole time! I was trying to call a multicast event from the CLIENT stupid me has been stressing over this for days!). Fixed wunder waffe DG3 mag not calling loaded event.
