Fixed quick revive jingle still playing. Made Perk humming not play when quick revive dissapears.

Fixed quick revive machine still having collisions and jingles after it dissapears an made it replicate.

Fixes to door text when joining after it was opened. made it so you get the grenades from max ammo. Fixed players not getting infected correctly when they rejoined as a zombie in infection mode. fixed infection status not reseting after a game ends.

Made it so if you get infected in infected mode and rejoin it infects you again.

Quick Revive will now rise up and vanish after used 3 times when only 1 player is in a server.
