Fixed the weapon wall buys thanks to Chtidino's advice he left on my Blood of the Dead (Reimagined) map config!

Changed all one point doors to ten points so that my OCD wouldn't kill me every time that I test the map.

Added the War Machine and RPG to the box, be careful, the AOE is really high and one shots you even with Jugg. Next, I've adjusted the price of the Hell's Retreiver Wall Buy in the Citadel Tunnels underneath the three dog heads, then I've removed the Retriever from the box and replaced it with the Redeemer. Meaning you can buy the Retriever, but you can only get the upgraded version from the box! Enjoy!

Re-added Double Tap II after realizing it was missing, and fixed the Afterlife Spawn bugs.
