In teammate mode, you can no longer trade with your ally. It was decided to do so in order to prevent the exploit with resources and factories.
Increased the number of resources from Vendor.

[Fixes]
Fixed crash when using the fleet at one of the ports of the Orange player.
The vendor and other players cannot join and invite to alliances.
Localization fixes.
Other minor fixes.
