TP help message shouldn't be blocked by a Twitch filter. Thanks to eXish & Kaito for looking into this.

- Fix name of the module's prefab
- Fix controller support in TestHarness

Fix this for what feels like the millionth time

TP handler fixes by Timwi:
- Allow case-insensitive match
- Fix typo in help message

Change the TP support to use letters and not words.

- Added mod setting which can prevent phrases from showing up that have certain keywords, for example: alpha;bravo;charlie would prevent any phrases with "alpha", "bravo", and "charlie"
- Have emojis show up properly
- Fixed the logging to be slightly better
- Optimized the TP support since old eXish was not too great at that
- Added a TP autosolver
- Lowered the highlights of the buttons
- Updated the bundled manual
