Changed the ItemSpawnerManager and VehicleSpawnerManager from just being an edited version of the original LUA's to the new OhOdSpawnerManager and OhOdVehicleManager system. This will prevent my mod from blocking any new items Miscreated releases in future updates. Camo skins have also been added to the Vehicle skin spawning rotation (havent confirmed that those are working correctly). Some changes I made to the original ISM havent been moved to the new OSM yet, in time it will be a lot better then the original tho. Constructive Feedback makes things quicker and easier, please provide it.
