* Updated to 3.0
** The only thing that needed updating is making the new has_become_crisis personality more aggressive.
* Now uses the "Compatibility Version" layout, which should prevent "pinning" of old vanilla versions like it did for those using prior versions of this on 3.0

- Reduced bravery of the awakened fallen empire a little
- Reworked bravery so that spiritualist is the most brave, despite being the second most aggressive. Also materialist is the now least brave (most rational at calculating odds of winning) despite being the second least aggressive

-Reduced the aggressiveness of homicidal empires:
fanatic_purifiers: Aggressiveness 6.0 -> 5.0
devouring_swarm: Aggressiveness 8.0 -> 7.0
exterminators: Aggressiveness 7.5 -> 6.5
-- The motivation for this change is to try to make the AI take at least some break between wars to upgrade ships and fix-up economy

- Updated to 2.4/2.5 mod format
- Reduced bravery of fallen empires so they are less likely to pick wars with other fallen empires that are stronger than them (note, War in Heaven is a scripted war, and doesn't use the bravery system)
