Features:
-Added a item only slot
-Added 300 new items to the win lists (saddles, structures)
-Added the ability to turn off the slot sounds via radial-menu
-Added specific config options for the "coin only" and "item only" slot
-Added icons and different colors to the "coin only" and "item only" slot

Fixes:
-Players don't have to be in a tribe anymore to use a slot
-Coins count in the menu is now always up to date
-Fixed a bug where it was possible that a slot machine ended up in an endless spin
-Sometimes you could get 3 winning digits but you wouldn't receive a win
-The win was displayed before the digits animation has finished
-Sometimes last win doesn't match with the real item that was won
