Fix drawing of 173 model on map origin

Fix destination preview where model was visible at origin of the map

Fixes and improvements :
• Fix button sound (the "oiiinngr" thing) which doesn't play;
• Add a teleport destination preview (which you can hide/show with Reload key while holding the SWEP);
• Add impossibility to move with keyboard except using the SWEP (so only teleportation);
• Fix teleport destinations, you now can only teleport on the ground and no more being able to glitch through map;

SCP-173 can't attack SCP teams now
