Added failsafes for scenario 1A "Pirate Coast" in case reinforcements gone missing due to amount dialouge boxes happening at the same.
Checked in case for other broken things.

Update to scenario 1A
Moved the unreliable "PlayerMeeting" scripts and forced a progress. 50% of the time meeting scripts where working and seems to work when they want.

Scenario 1A have a quick script fix. CityQuest script do not work or is not supported by game. Normal quest replaced and two back up script initiated for diplomacies.
