Added standard XMAX version with pool fixes.
XMAX+ now spawns 5 static hero mobs in the vanilla game as intended.
The Djinn sister hero mobs now spawn up to 3 pairs of sisters instead of only 1 pair.

Added new xmax- game mode. XMAX- is the same as XMAX+ but with 1x bosses that always spawn at their highest level instead of randomly choosing 1 of 3 levels.
Added XMAX+ boss pools for the two expansions. Credit to Unforgiven.
