Initial public 1.0 release!

Changes from the B18 version:
- Subscription payment total value remains the same, however it is no longer just "junk" items. You can receive higher value items now.
- All hard-coded text has been moved to XML files, a complete Japanese translation by Proxyer is included
- All previous errors (should) be fixed
- 2 bugs remain from the B18 version, they will be fixed at a later date
