Author's note: be careful while scavenging, scoped rifle is more powerful than ever.

Minor fixes:

-Lowers the amount of quality joint you get to from 8 to 4 (original setting).
-Sets the maximum number of filters used at one time in the water collector to 2.
-You can now craft some filters at the cooker.
