The radio will now display correctly on resolutions less than 980x700

- Fixed the chat notification.

- The songs list is now saved and reloaded when you close the window. It used to reload from the website every time which was very slow. If you need to reload the list, click the wrench in the top right and click 'Reload List'.
- Added a help button that links to the workshop page.
- Added the settings button. Which for right now can only reload the list.
- Added a chat notification for servers, this lets connecting clients know you have the mod installed and how to access it. If you don't like this let me know and I can throw in a convar to hide it.
- Changed the right click menu so you're less likely to accidentally report a song.
- Fixed the volume slider converting the volume to float.
- Fixed the pause/play button not showing the correct text sometimes.
- Fixed another race condition, although you'd have to be really fast for this one.

- Added a console command, fgt_radio, to open the radio without the context menu.

- Fixed a somewhat serious bug where failing to load a song would keep you from loading any songs in the future.
- New icon!
