Fixed bug where 15mm couldn't break through vehical armor at all.

This was a big Update!
I made a MASSIVE balance update, making all the guns balanced and make more sense (No more 40mmHE shooting as fast as a minigun lol)
Added two guns:
Antitank(85mm) One of the only guns that can break all vehical armor, used as main tank arty
Antitank(60mm) Breaks most vechical armor, used as main tank arty
I added these cuz I realized there isn't any guns for tanks.

Added new gun "Prototype 013"
This gun shoots invisable lazers that destory all plane armor and low level vehcial armor
If you are doing base wars make this item very costly or don't use it as it can be op
