Complete rework of Mongolian, Ma and Xinjang emblems.

hotfix for Philippine emblem being invisible

Chinese emblems reworked and redone.
All new emblems from the newest DLC added.
Austrian fascist emblem is now the same as non-aligned one.

New unique emblems for four German puppets:
- Iberia (based on CoAs of Spain, Portugal and Germany),
- Bohemia-Moravia (based on hisotrical CoAs of Germany and Bohemia-Moravia),
- Norway (based on historical CoAs of Norway and Germany),
- Great Britain (based on the version of the United Kingdom emblem used in Scotland to imply a higher degree of autonomy of Scotland under German occupation),

Restored the previous version of the German emblem (gray one) for both Germany and the General Goverment.

Few new emblems replaced:
- Mandatory Palestine
- Burma
- Syria
- Lebanon

Changes made due to the new patch to make the CoAs historically accurate again.

Also... the new update experimentally changes CoA of fascist and neutral Germany. I used alternative versions of the CoAs (the original 100% accurate versions from Wikipedia were too black to even be visible).
