full 1.11 update

- Danzig, Silesia and Kashebia included
- all Russian minors included (only some of them - based around Caucasus and Turkestan regions - are the actual, historical emblems; fictional ones are based on the modern flags/emblems of the administrative regions of the modern Russian Federation - in some cases I replaced the crown with a red star for communist versions of these emblems)
- replaced Uzbek emblem (since Bukhara is now a separate releasable state)
- Karelia (Russian version of the emblem for the communists and Finnish version for all the other governments)

hotfix for Catalonian CoA not being visible

British Raj emblems update. Fascist India will now use the proper emblem based on the historical Azad Hind seal:

emblems for Dalmatia and Vojvodina were also added, but right now they won't load since these nations don't even have a tag in the game

- corrected the CoA for communist British and communist Yugoslavia in parallel with the newest v8.0 update of the Realistic & Immersive Country Flags mod
- Yugoslav emblem is now the 1943-1946 variant
- Union of Britain emblem is now more white instead of green
