Thanks to the new workshop changes i managed to combine the materials and the main addon, with some new additions i probably should have added when i first tried to make this, but hurrah for lazy

-Combine PMCs: PMs and friendly versions to go with the hostile NPCs

-all NPCs have a chance to have a SMG, a Shotgun, and a AR2/OSIPR, SMG the most, AR2 the least

- C_Hands for all playermodels, Cstrike hands for the normal PMCs and Combine Hands for the Combine PMCs
