Fixed some things with the Seamoth. Fixed propeller room door. Future Cyclops are going to require a complete power rewire due to bugs with relays.

Fixed minor issue with the toggle docking buttons on the lower right airlock.

Adjusted Airlock wiring to open when full of water or empty, or after a certain timeframe.

Redid engineering wiring and electrical layout. Added a third electrical discharger in the Aft Keel blindspot. Added a hatch to access the rear propeller section. Added some more equipment to the lockers. Bundled Seamoth into the workshop.

Rewired Reactor to fix phantom load issues, moved Backup Battery button.

Rewired batteries due to relays having trouble balancing load across batteries.

Adjusted some deterioration rates on the Seamoth.

Adjusted batteries and wiring on Seamoth.

Adjusted Oxygen output, made non-airlock doors clickable.

Finally hopefully completely fixed the airlock circuits. Added another large locker to the keel cargo area. Added some bits and bobs in some lockers.
