Fixed and made Deathwish Harder :)

Added Deathwish :)

Now that I know how to make maps better, I updated the map.

- Replaced Invisible Tourist to talk to ghost kid with interact Point
- Updated Annoying Teleport barrier, can be switched back for authenticity
-Added an option to be able to switch the music off for authenticity

Removed Default Box that shouldnt be there
