-Added more designers for some countries aside from Byzantium.
-Changed how designer availability works; it employs a system where relationship, faction, and ideas will unlock designers from different countries.
-Improved the economic/political interface. Made it more compact and resized it. Also moved elements around in the politics tab to accommodate for movements of certain scripted features and to display all the ideologies.
