Version 1.3

-Changed out the materials to use WOTC's UnitArmor_M over Vanilla's SoldierArmorCustomizable

-The body and helmet lights can now be tinted with the Secondary color slot

-Added more lights

-Lots of model and animation/weight paint improvements, including completely re-done hands

-Adjusted the tint masks so they reflect the different color shades the armor usually has in certain spots

-Support for the Community Highlander's body part localization, so Add Part Names is no longer needed to see the names of the armor parts
