modified cover on the bottom to be safer to stay behind below spawn and in the bottom corners.

Took ideas from awp_summer_surf_bottomless and implemented them here.

Removed two big ramps from the bottom, replaced with different kind of cover, added small cover in bottom corners, added small block to skill jump into the holes you normally were only able to surf into.

improved mini ramp to surf, added thinner wall (purpose for wallbang) in middle

packed correctly (previous update I included wrong/unpacked version of the map)

Made center ramps larger and a small block to assist getting onto the ramps, made tower ladders simpler, added four cubes on the top.

removed windows, tried to optimize map

renamed awp_summer_surf changed ladders added water and sand

made the map less deadly

minor changes to middle tower, honestly idk

more attempts at making the map flavorful (meaning, make it look like a place rather than a bunch of stuff).

got rid of the death pits below the surf ramps in the middle. I didn't want to, but people suck at it apparently. In the future if people learn how to surf on the server better I'll reintroduce them maybe.
