GasCanisters have more slots now. (25 to 35)

Ok, i removed this weight changes. i will maybe add it back later, if i can solve the problems with the change^^

Testing reduced weight on all backpacks.

Large Rucksacks = reduced Weight from 1.8 to -10
Ruggedpacks = reduced Weight from 1.5 to -7.5
GasCanisters = reduced Weight from 4.5 to -5
Stowpacks = reduced Weight from 1.5 to -5
Crafted Horshoes = reduced Weight from 0.2 to -2.5
