* Cosmetic names for the CSA/AUS will no longer apply. They will remain known as the 'Combined Syndicates' and 'Union State' (since that's how they first presented themselves to the world anyway).
* The Princely Federation is now called 'Princely India'; the Bharatiya Commune is now called 'Socialist India' (they are called as such in the focus trees, and make for a nice contrast with the old Dominion of India, 'British India').

* Updated mod to Kaiserreich 0.9.2 and Hydra 1.7.
* The changes applied in Update 3 are reverted after feedback. That means the 'Commonwealth of America' will remain called as such, since 'Commonwealth' was not American-y enough. The same logic applies to the syndicalist Commonwealth; it will also be known as the 'Commonwealth of America' if so chosen by the player.
* 'United Baltic Duchy' has its original name restored from 'Livonia'. It didn't look that good when considering the focus and events.
* Fixed a couple of typos.

* Added a sensible country name to the post-civil war Union State. It will now be known as the 'Commonwealth' if the anti-Long coup happens.
