Factionwide movement speed changed to factionwide ammo in campaign capstone. Fast dorfs, what was I thinking? Why, the very idea is absurd.

Did nothing and re-uploaded packfile. Tested Fay Enchantress' campaign. Lo and behold, campaign capstone has flavor text now.

Balance
Normalized melee attack speeds to 4s across LL's.
Tweaked some Thug class LL weapon damages.
Increased Attack Speed of Thug class (Throgg, Kholek, etc, plus monsterous mounts) LL's by 1 second (3s attack speed)
Added collision attack damage to monsterous Thug class LL's (effect is minor, sadly)
Significantly increased attack speed for Duelist class LL's (Wulfrik, Siggy, etc).
Normalized monsterous mount splash radius (two were still large for some reason)

Bugfixes
Two more translocation errors fixed in localization file. Ungrim and Fay enchantress text should properly be visible now.
Minor description errors fixed
Personal Capstones for Thorgrim/Queek moved back to indent 2. Thorgrim's personal capstone moved to tier 55 (should prevent disappearance due to ash's skills)

Balance:
Volkmar personal capstone reordered. Progression is now attack skill > attack/defense skill > melee skill + PV.
Vlad, Mannchild, Isabella, and Harkon personal capstone progression changed. The Hunger replaced Seed of Rebirth regen effect.

Balance Changes

Monsterous mount and Thug-class LL's have all had splash radius increased and max targets increased
Almost all LL weapons have had their damage to gates increased. All monsterous mount gate damage significantly increased.
Throgg weapon reach slightly increased

Compatibility Fixes

Changed two dwarf capstone skill locations due to compatibility issues with Ash's skills (no idea why, the skills don't even occupy the same tier/indent).

Fixed localization spelling error. Kemmler's campaign capstone now has a name as it should.
