Removed weapon shop in the dome.
-causing issues by not showing shop.
-issue happens with storage

Moved smithy back to inn as shop storage seems to work better there.

Removed gate guard law enforcement.
-gate guards would run into dome and fight the gladiators.

Added a law enforcement monitor.

Added Shinobi Thieves presence
Added Gladiators' Barracks
Added 3 more gladiators
Added more dialog
Added ways to heal gladiators
+plus a way to heal you (check bed stats)
Added a way to obtain cheap robotics
