Changed a few signs.

Hangar Bay is now just "Hangar"
Equipment Lockers is now Equipment Storage

Fixed missing Mipmaps (whatever those are).

Added 18 new signs and changed a few others:

Blank Sign (so you can add your own text via the LCD Terminal)
Contracts
Equipment Lockers
First Aid (blue)
First Aid (red)
Garage
Safe Zone (blue)
Safe Zone (purple)
Security Checkpoint
Space Dock
Stairwell (blue)
Stairwell (orange)
Store
Trading Post
Letters A, B & C (blue)
Letters A, B & C (orange)

I've removed the "level" text from all Numbered signs in order to make them more flexible. This will probably break the old number signs and require you to re-add the new ones. If you prefer the text you can always add your own via the LCD Panel's terminal menu and overlay it on top of the sign.

Numbers and Letters are now located at the end of the list.
