2. Transcend now also grants additional resistance (magic defense)

All players can now see the target indicator for Arcane Comet while it is channelling.

1. Concentration cooldown reduced to 1 second (from 5)
2. Arcane Comet no longer shoots through walls
3. Arcane Missle now triggers when above half mana (from 1/3)
