Updated for newest patch. Should be working fine.

Also added a +1 melee attack for Stormvermin Halberd and Shield to keep up with the patch.

Changed charge negation against Large to charge negation against all. Figured it would make more sense for a defensive unit as expensive and "elite" as this.
