Changed barracks loot vendor to something other than wanted posters. There is now food, booze and hackstopper bits.

Added gate guards to help with the hoards. They can get a bit out of hand.

Adjustments to town patrols as well.

AI adjustment - got rid of metalhead manhunter AI for simpler slaver wandering from town to town. I'll try to keep these guys calmer. More in the background til they go all aggro.

Added second metalhead slave shop to Brink. Now there is somewhere to build factons before visiting. Also makes a slave shop closer to BDC for the wandering squads to walk to. Keeps with the story of operating on the edge of civilization too.

I'll run the last tests of wandering squads (again) and if they now go in the right direction that should be it for the base mod. For real.

Moved Metalhead to BDC and Leatherstrip to Brink so they stop trying to walk to Rebirth. Funny, but wrong.

Increased town radius so rescue bots go just outside the walls around the town
