Added missing code to allow Mount Erebus to erupt.

Increased the campus adjacency bonus by 1 to account for the plot yield of 2 getting removed when the district is placed.

Added support for YNAMP Greatest Earth and Giant Earth maps.

Added support for the single player disaster movies for the eruption when Terra Mirabilis is installed.
